Booking & Cancellation Policy
This booking and cancelation policy applies to all of my courses. If you are booking a class session of any subject, please carefully read this before continuing.
1. Booking Requirements
- Advance Booking Window: All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Example: If you want a class on Tuesday at 7:00 PM, you must book by Sunday at 7:00 PM at the latest. - Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
- Scheduling Confirmation: Once payment is received and the class is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation message (via email). Your booking is considered final at that point.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Minimum Notice: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
Example: If your class is on Tuesday at 7:00 PM, you must cancel or request a change by Monday at 7:00 PM to receive a refund or to reschedule. - Refunds:
- Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice: You will receive a full refund (or you may choose to apply the payment toward a future session).
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be provided, and rescheduling options may not be available.
- No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior cancellation (a “no-show”), there will be no refund or reschedule opportunity.
3. Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule your session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made after the 24-hour cutoff will not be honored, and the session fee will be forfeited.
- Rescheduled sessions must still abide by the 48-hour booking requirement (i.e., the new date/time must be at least 48 hours from the time you request the change), and are subject to instructor availability.
4. Instructor Cancellations
In the unlikely event that I (the instructor) have to cancel or reschedule the session, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at a mutually convenient time without any penalty.
5. Exceptions
Emergency Circumstances: In the event of severe, unavoidable emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergencies), contact me as soon as possible. While the general policy remains in effect, I will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
